Meditation
I wrote my worries down, prayed, and put them in a "God Box". Over time, I forgot what I wrote and trusted God more. He cares for me and provides renewed hope and joy. I now surrender my worries to Him.
Prayer
Heavenly Father, we come to You in our times of need, asking that You open our eyes to Your love and faithfulness. Help us to trust in You and surrender our struggles to You, so that our faith may grow. We pray this in Jesus' name. Amen.
