When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and knew not whence it was: (but the servants which drew the water knew;) the governor of the feast called the bridegroom, And saith unto him, Every man at the beginning doth set forth good wine; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept the good wine until now.
John 2:9-10
Meditation
Hold on to your fork! Jesus promises us an eternal home in heaven, even if life is filled with troubles. Trust that in Jesus, the best is yet to come! Trust God! Eternal hope!
Prayer
Lord Jesus, I am so grateful for all the blessings you have bestowed upon me--the sustenance of daily bread, the grace of forgiveness, and the promise of eternal life. May I always be filled with thankfulness. Amen.
